Posebna pažnja posvećena je odgovornosti organizacija i implementaciji mehanizama koji osiguravaju sigurnu, pouzdanu i objašnjivu primjenu umjetne inteligencije. Tema također propituje stvarnu primjenu etičkih principa u industriji, uključujući izazove poput “ethics washinga”. Cilj je definirati kako uspostaviti održiv i odgovoran okvir upravljanja AI sustavima u praksi. eng. The topic addresses the governance and ethical challenges of increasingly powerful AI systems, with a focus on the necessity of human oversight (“human-in-the-loop”) in critical processes. It examines risks such as loss of control, bias, and lack of transparency, particularly in the context of infrastructure and mission-critical systems. Predavač: Jean Francois Goffinet, Elia Senior Expert on Primary Systems Sažetak: Sažetak: Od 90-ih godina prošlog stoljeća na belgijskoj mreži prisutna je opsežna implementacija zaštitnih užadi s integriranim svjetlovodnim vlaknima (OPGW), koja su u većini slučajeva zamijenila bakrene komunikacijske vodove ugrađene u zaštitnu užad. U posljednjim desetljećima zabilježen je porast potražnje za svjetlovodnim vlaknima za digitalne primjene, koja su integrirana u brojne linijske objekte (nadzemne vodove, podzemne i podmorske kabele) za prijenos podataka. Od 2010. godine ova se svjetlovodna vlakna koriste i za potrebe monitoringa kabela, mjereći u stvarnom vremenu temperaturu, buku, parcijalna izbijanja ili vibracije, pružajući važne ulazne podatke upraviteljima imovine (Asset Managers) ili operativnim timovima. Posljednjih godina te su primjene predložene za nadzemne vodiče visokih performansi, a neke od njih već su uspješno implementirane na belgijskoj mreži. Ova prezentacija također će dati pregled budućih primjena. eng. Speaker: Jean-Francois Goffinet, Elia Senior Expert on Primary Systems Abstract : From the 90’s there has been a big deployment of Optical Ground Wires on the Belgian grid, replacing most of the time, copper transmission lines embedded in the earth wire. In the last decades, there has been an increased demand of fiber optics for digital applications, which have been integrated in many linear assets (lines, underground and submarine cables) for data transmission. Since 2010, these optical fibers have been also used for monitoring purposes on cables, measuring in real time temperature, noise, partial discharges, or vibration, providing an important input to Asset Managers or operational teams. In recent years, these applications have been proposed to high performance overhead conductors and some of them have been already deployed successfully on the Belgian grid. This presentation will also give an outlook on future applications.
